24th October 2004 Kite surfing: borth golf course Wind Direction: ssw Wind Stength: weheeee Surf / Sea State: HUGE!!!!!!!! Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: bristol scale 12 Max Speed: Distance Covered: larry awoke us from our drunken state at 8 this morning closely followed by the bok at about 8.30 hooting and a hollaring. ohhhhhhhhhh hang over. ok after coffee, bacon buttie and of course seeing the kids off at the pool dnk and me were able to face the sea. oh no needed that 8.4 airblast the larry bought of me as the 7.1 free air just had not enough and the mext kite up is the 10 airblast;all projected sizes. well what a day ,huge booooooooooosts huge waves and one hugeee wipe out by me, thanks for getting the board chris! yes even my leash came off!!! great session ,shame justal didnt join us ,poss just toooooo boring for him these days, or is that back just a little worse than you let on? RESPECT TO THE BORTH MASSSIF ,WE RIDE AGAIN !!!!! off to cornwall for the week tomorrow so see you all next weekend. may the massif be with you. |
